Refund Policy

  1. Mr. Cleaner is not obligated to hand over the pieces when the invoice is lost
  2. Mr. Cleaner is not responsible for any personal items inside the pieces
  3. Mr. Cleaner is not responsible for items that may shrink, stretch, or change color
  4. Mr. Cleaner is not responsible for pieces immediately after the receipt process, and the customer must inspect the condition and number of pieces upon receipt
  5. In the event of proof of damage or loss of pieces, the customer will be compensated for the value of the part service.
  6. Any pieces of a particular or expensive nature must be reported to the branch official, and if he is not informed and recorded in the invoice, they will be dealt with in the event of compensation according to item No. 5
  7. Mr. Cleaner is not responsible for items that have been left out for more than 30 days
  8. The balance is valid for three months - 90 days - only, starting from the date of subscription
  9. The subscription is non-cancellable, and the subscription amount is non-refundable.
